The History Center contains space

HALL OF HEALTH
A
hands-on health museum sponsored by
Children's Hospital and Research Center
at Oakland. Exhibits, videos, field
trips, community events. Open 10am-4pm,
Tue.-Sat. Wheelchair lift at the corner
of Kittredge and Harold Way. Reservations
required for field trip groups. Admission:
$5.00 per person. Children under 3 are
free.
LAWRENCE HALL OF SCIENCE
From
large exhibits to small surprises, LHS
is dedicated to hands-on exploration.
It combines an awe-inspiring 180-degree
view of San Francisco Bay with an outdoor
science park on the evolution of the
Bay, "Forces That Shape the Bay."
Open daily 10am-5pm. Adults: 19-61 $9.50;
Youths: 5-18 & Seniors 62+ $7.50;
Children: 3-4 $5.50; Children age 2
& under Free. Group tours available.

UC BOTANICAL
GARDEN
The
University of California Botanical Garden
is a living museum open to the public
with over 12,000 different kinds of
plants from around the world displayed
over 34 acres. Adults $5, Seniors 65+
$3, Children (3-18) $1. Free to all
first Thu. each month. Hours: Daily
9:00am-5:00pm. Closed first Tue. each
month. Group Tours by appointment. Free
Tours with Garden admission every Thu,
Sat and Sun at 1:30pm. Closed Thanksgiving,
Dec. 24 & 25, 31 and Jan 1.
